Cancelations can be done up to 24 hours in advance with no charge
Cancelations done less than 24 hours prior to the meeting will be charged the full amount
This is an independent practice and is not affiliated with Dutch Health insurance providers.
However many international insurance providers reimburse therapy costs. To check whether your therapy is covered, please review the terms of your medical plan or contact your insurance provider directly
All registered psychologists in the Netherlands are required to have a formal complaints procedure available on their website. Complaints can be send to KZP using the form (called Klachtenformulier) for Wkkgz, you can find here
